Il s\u2019agissait du premier \u00ab\u00a0caf\u00e9 sourc\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, achet\u00e9 en direct \u00e0 la coop\u00e9rative Terra Noun, situ\u00e9e dans le village de Mbamkouop au Cameroun.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait clair\u00a0: <strong>vous proposer un caf\u00e9 tra\u00e7able, tout en contribuant \u00e0 faire perdurer la culture du caf\u00e9 dans ce village de la R\u00e9gion du Bamoun, \u00e0 l\u2019ouest du Cameroun<\/strong>. En achetant ce premier sac de 60 kilos, je pensais que de longs mois seraient n\u00e9cessaires avant de tout vendre. Son prix de vente \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 de mon offre, et je savais que ma client\u00e8le n\u2019\u00e9tait pas habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 acheter du caf\u00e9 du Cameroun.<\/p>\n<p>Je me suis install\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du Charentonneau \u00e0 Maisons-Alfort (94) quelques semaines plus tard, et ce caf\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bien accueilli. <strong>Ses notes chocolat\u00e9es, son intensit\u00e9 et sa provenance peu commune ont s\u00e9duit \u00e0 la fois les consommateurs de caf\u00e9 filtre (cafeti\u00e8re \u00e0 piston, cafeti\u00e8re \u00e9lectrique, V60,\u2026) et les amateurs d\u2019espresso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moins de 3 mois plus tard, Juliette, qui torr\u00e9fie mes caf\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0sourc\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, m\u2019a inform\u00e9e qu\u2019il ne restait d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus que quelques kilos du caf\u00e9 de Terra Noun. Prise dans le quotidien et persuad\u00e9e de ne pas \u00e9couler ce caf\u00e9 si vite que \u00e7a, je n\u2019avais pas consult\u00e9 les stocks depuis un moment\u2026 J\u2019ai donc pu rappeler Soul\u00e9, fondateur de la coop\u00e9rative Terra Noun, pour l\u2019informer que je souhaitais lui acheter un sac de sa derni\u00e8re r\u00e9colte.<\/p>\n<p>On en a profit\u00e9 pour parler des producteurs avec lesquels il travaille, des am\u00e9liorations qu\u2019ils avaient pu apporter cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs process, gr\u00e2ce aux sacs vendus en 2020. Il m\u2019a aussi parl\u00e9 des projets pour 2021, avec notamment la venue d\u2019un ing\u00e9nieur qui allait former tous les caf\u00e9iculteurs de la coop\u00e9rative aux techniques bio, <strong>pour ne proposer bient\u00f4t que des caf\u00e9s issus de l\u2019agriculture biologique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019impact de mon achat est donc concret et quasi imm\u00e9diat, et c\u2019est aussi \u00e7a que j\u2019aime raconter \u00e0 mes clients<\/strong>. J\u2019aime leur parler du <strong>cercle vertueux<\/strong> auquel ils contribuent en choisissant d\u2019acheter un caf\u00e9 de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un caf\u00e9 industriel. Et \u00e9videmment, j\u2019aime aussi les revoir la semaine suivante et les entendre me dire \u00e0 quel point ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duits par les ar\u00f4mes de leur caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Et vous, avez-vous go\u00fbt\u00e9 au caf\u00e9 camerounais de la coop\u00e9rative Terra Noun\u00a0?
